In contrast, the Quran acknowledges Muhammad's mortality and uncertainty regarding his fate, as seen in Surah 39:30-31, where it states that both he and his followers will die and face judgment. This lack of assurance in Muhammad's salvation contrasts sharply with the confidence Christians have in Jesus' redemptive work and eternal life. Furthermore, the assurance of Jesus' divine authority is emphasized in verses like John 14:6, where He claims to be 'the way, the truth, and the life.' Thus, while Muslims may view Muhammad as a prophet, Christians believe that Jesus' resurrection and divine nature place Him in a superior position.
