Muslims believe that Allah is the only true God and that Jesus cannot be God because the Quran emphasizes the oneness of Allah.

Furthermore, the Quran describes Allah as the 'King of men,' and Revelation 1:5 and 17:14 affirm Jesus as 'the ruler of the kings of the earth' and 'King of kings.' These parallels suggest that Jesus embodies the divine authority attributed to Allah. Additionally, the Quran refers to Allah as the 'God of men,' and in John 20:28, Thomas addresses Jesus as 'My Lord and my God,' reinforcing the notion that Jesus holds a divine position. The New Testament consistently presents Jesus in a manner that reflects the attributes of God as described in the Quran, suggesting that the Christian understanding of Jesus is not in conflict with the Islamic view of God's nature, but rather complements it by revealing the fullness of God's revelation in Christ.
