If the miracles of Jesus prove that he is God, then why don't the miracles of the other prophets prove that they are God as well?

The miracles performed by Jesus were not merely acts of power comparable to those of Old Testament prophets; they were signs that pointed to his unique divine identity. For instance, Jesus raised the dead, healed the sick, and performed nature miracles, all of which were done with a divine authority that was distinct from that of the prophets. While prophets like Elijah and Elisha performed miracles, they did so as servants of God, whereas Jesus performed miracles as God incarnate, demonstrating his authority over life, death, and creation. Furthermore, Jesus' miracles were often accompanied by teachings that revealed his divine nature, such as his claims to forgive sins and his assertion of being one with the Father. This sets him apart from the prophets of the Old Testament, who did not claim such divine prerogatives. Therefore, while miracles can be performed by others, the context and meaning of Jesus' miracles affirm his unique status as the Son of God.
